PARK RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB WEDDING | CAROLINE + JOE

Caroline and Joe threw the absolute PARTY OF THE CENTURY on the 21st night of September!!! Caroline started the day getting ready at her childhood home in Park Ridge where she ran around the backyard with all of her girlfriends before walking down the street to the Park Ridge Country Club where she got ready to say “I do” in her VWIDON gown. After saying “I do” at St. Paul of the Cross church, the newly named Mr & Mrs hopped on a trolley with their wedding party. Pulling up to the Pickwick Theater in downtown Park Ridge, the crew was greeted with a celebratory message on the marquee. Then it was off to the Park Ridge Country Club for cocktail hour (an hour that was PACKED FULL of surprises). As if live violinists & champagne served directly from a champagne skirt weren’t enough, as soon as the sun set, guests could hear a sound coming from across the green of the golf course. It was Chicago’s famous Shannon Rovers Irish Pipe Band marching in from the green to perform for all the guests. Speeches by candlelight, dinner with all of their favorite people, and laughs all around the room led into first dances where yet another surprise was planned. Caroline & her dad’s father-daughter dance to Johnny Cash’s Ring of Fire was kicked off by a live horn trio that then stuck around for the rest of the night to keep the party going and the dance floor PACKED.
